Bar Bambi

Bar Bambi is the debut solo concept from Katie Renshaw, the U.S. World Class Bartender of the Year, whose resume includes Moneygun and The Aviary. The 50-seat space, designed by Gensler, feels like a warm otherworldly escape anchored by a stunning lighting installation. The cocktail menu is playful and precise — clarification, fermentation, and forced carbonation are all in play, with a menu that rotates often enough to keep regulars curious. Chef Nicklus Byrns (Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Elske) handles the bar snacks, including fried spicy dill pickles and a crispy halibut fish sandwich. A beautiful new addition to West Town's cocktail scene and a great date destination.
